We buy almost every toy you can think of, not just rare or out of production ones. Offers are made item by item based on demand, rarity, and other market factors, so common toys will still receive offers.

Our offers are generated item by item using current market data and other pricing factors. That means you can see exactly what we are offering for each toy instead of getting one bulk quote for your entire collection.

Yes. Once you accept your offers and submit your list, you can download prepaid shipping labels in the app and send your collection to us. We pay for shipping and insurance, so you can send your collection safely without any cost to you.

After your collection is delivered, we review and check in each item. You will be paid within 48 hours of delivery by PayPal or check, whichever you prefer.

If you cannot find an item in the app, you can submit a lookup request with photos so we can review it. That gives you a way to request an offer even if the barcode is missing or the item is not already in our system.

You're never obligated to accept our offers. You can decline any offer and either keep your Pop or sell it with us later as the market moves. For high-value toys, you can request a manual review before shipping.

If the condition of any one of your toys doesn't match what was described at scan time, we'll send you a revised offer with photos. You can accept the new offer or have the {itemType} returned to you. First time returns are free.
